Comunidades que cuidan y protegen

With the CRAN prevention strategy, we want the children to be the focus and to grow up in protective environments.

These are the characteristics of these protective environments:

• Mutual care of others
• Good communication
• Participation
• The possibility of integrating into the community that surrounds them

In order to achieve this, we work with adults so that they are conscious of their responsibility in terms of guaranteeing the children’s rights.

A caring adult:

• Considers every child as being a legal subject that needs to be accompanied and helped in his or her development
• Builds healthy relationships with others
• Has access to support networks that facilitate the attention of the children’s needs.

That’s why we want all the moments of interaction with Fundación CRAN to become CRANsformative experiences that increase the knowledge and awareness of children´s rights and of their full protection, through protective, loving and safe environments.
